Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Progressive HR leadership experience with operations, payroll, benefits, talent, and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR operations, programs, and services.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, leave programs, and compliance.
• Manage talent acquisition, performance, and development.
• Elevate employee experience, relations, and compliance initiatives.
• Oversee HR tech platforms, data reporting, and analytics.
• Drive AI-enabled HR initiatives to improve efficiency.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

SPHR/SHRM-SCP or similar certification preferred
