Quadel Consulting & Training seeks a visionary Vice President of Voucher Programs for the Miami-Dade area. You will lead strategy, modernization, and long-term growth of voucher and rental assistance initiatives, partnering with local authorities to deliver compliant, high‑quality services.

You will guide executive teams, scale programs, and align resources to expand access to stable housing while advancing equity and community impact for residents and stakeholders alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, with at least five years of supervisory experience.
• Senior leadership in affordable housing, voucher administration, or related field.
• Deep understanding of Housing Choice Voucher operations and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to navigate complex funding and regulatory environments, including HUD and LIHTC.
• Proven track record leading growth, partnerships, and organizational change with equity focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic vision for affordable housing and voucher initiatives for the Miami-Dade program.
• Oversee voucher operations, PBV programs, and related rental assistance activities.
• Build high-level partnerships with housing authorities, agencies, and community stakeholders.
• Drive organizational stewardship, budgeting, staffing, and performance improvements.
• Champion equity and resident-centered program design across operations.
