• Masters degree required.
• Five years of progressive operational leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for hospital operations and strategic growth.
• Partner with Hospital President and executive team to advance mission, vision, values and long-term objectives.
• Lead operational performance across areas with measurable goals and continuous improvement.
• Utilize data-driven decision making to reduce costs, enhance revenue, and improve patient experience.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, regulatory, and accreditation requirements while promoting patient safety.
• Develop and execute business strategies to strengthen market position and growth.
• Foster collaboration among physicians, nursing leadership, clinical departments, and operational leaders for integrated care.
• Build and develop high-performing teams through leadership, mentorship and succession planning.
• Lead workforce planning to meet staffing, recruitment and retention needs.
• Cultivate relationships with community partners and stakeholders to support workforce development and partnerships.
