Responsibilities include planning new locations, overseeing growth initiatives such as Meds-to-Beds, 340B optimization, mail-order strategies, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Must have PharmD degree and licensure.
• Minimum five years of pharmacy leadership experience.
• Experience with ambulatory/outpatient operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage outpatient pharmacy activities across the system.
• Lead planning, development, and monitoring of outpatient pharmacy functions.
• Drive growth initiatives including 340B, mail-order, and access expansion.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal pharmacy laws and accreditation standards.
• Develop performance metrics for capture rate, net income, and staffing readiness.
