Wolfson Children's Hospital, part of Baptist Health, seeks an accomplished Vice President of Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple service lines. This executive will develop integrated programs that advance patient care, cost efficiency, and growth.

The role requires a track record of leading complex hospital operations, collaborating with physicians and leaders, and driving improvements in quality, safety, and patient experience across the organization.

Formación

• Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive executive healthcare leadership experience.
• Experience leading complex hospital operations and service line management.
• Experience partnering with physicians, academic medical leaders, and regional stakeholders.
• Pediatric healthcare leadership and integrated health system experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide executive leadership and strategic oversight for multiple clinical and non-clinical departments.
• Lead development and integration of programs that support operational excellence and patient outcomes.
• Oversee system-wide service lines and key clinical departments.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and administrative leaders to execute strategic initiatives.
• Drive performance through quality, safety, regulatory readiness, and financial stewardship.
• Lead strategic planning, program development, and service line expansion across pediatric and adult services.
