Ascension at Home together with Compassus is seeking a Home Health Area Market Executive to drive growth across home health programs. You will partner with leaders to build a Book of Business and create growth strategies for your market while upholding Compassus values.

You will lead growth staff, monitor key metrics, work with clinical leaders to ensure access, and support recruitment and training to sustain expansion and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA desirable.
• Minimum five years managing growth teams; at least three years leading growth teams preferred.
• Two+ years selling healthcare services preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and promote market growth strategies with program leaders.
• Create and manage Book of Business for Home Health Consultants.
• Define monthly and annual growth objectives for growth staff.
• Monitor growth metrics and report progress to leaders.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders to advocate for access in the community.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training growth staff.
