Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive healthcare leadership, incl. 5+ in senior ops within home health or post-acute care.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurability.

Responsabilités

• Lead the multi-state home health portfolio, achieving clinical, financial, growth, and people outcomes.
• Set operational standards, best practices, and accountability across locations.
• Drive market expansion, referrals, and integration of acquisitions or new sites.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and patient experience through quality initiatives.
