Blackbaud is seeking a Vice President of Vertical Marketing & Demand to own growth strategy and the market strategy across vertical markets.

You will lead a team of Vertical Marketing Directors and partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to accelerate pipeline creation, bookings growth, and market adoption, while embedding AI-native thinking into planning and execution.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of B2B marketing leadership experience.
• Proven success leading demand generation, growth marketing, or go-to-market teams.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience identifying and scaling growth opportunities with AI-inspired approaches.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead marketing strategy across Blackbaud's vertical markets.
• Own demand creation, capture, and conversion across all verticals.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to accelerate pipeline and bookings.
• Lead a team of Vertical Marketing Directors and drive AI-first planning and optimization.
