• Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience managing significant marketing investments.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead vertical marketing strategy across Blackbaud's markets.
• Identify growth opportunities and translate them into annual and multi-year plans.
• Own demand creation, capture, and conversion across verticals.
• Establish rhythms and standards driving predictable pipeline growth.
• Make investment decisions across search, events, partnerships, and AI-enabled channels.
• Partner with Product Marketing and Revenue Operations to optimize performance.
