Job summary

Bizmatics, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Sales & Marketing to drive revenue growth and lead the company’s commercial strategy. You will own the sales org P&L, oversee marketing, and partner with Product to bring new solutions to market.

The role requires a proven, quota-driven leader who can scale a high-volume sales team, accelerate pipeline, and embed AI-powered tools to improve forecasting and decision-making across the commercial engine.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive software sales leadership experience, with executive leadership in a sales role
• 7+ years direct experience selling ambulatory EHR or healthcare software
• Experience building and coaching senior, quota-carrying sales teams
• Proven ability to develop sales strategy, forecast discipline, and drive revenue growth

Responsibilities

• Own P&L accountability for sales and drive bookings targets with forecast discipline
• Lead and develop a high-performing, quota-driven sales organization
• Oversee marketing and collaborate with Product to bring new solutions to market
• Build go-to-market strategy and expand into ambulatory care segments
