Rocket Software is seeking a Vice President of Growth Marketing to lead its global growth marketing organization. This AI-forward leadership role sets strategy, prioritizes high-value opportunities, and aligns Marketing with Sales, Solutions, Product, and the executive team.

The role requires driving enterprise go-to-market programs, advancing ABM, and delivering measurable pipeline, bookings, expansion, and revenue outcomes across a large, global team.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including senior leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading a large, global growth, demand, revenue, or integrated marketing organization.
• Deep understanding of complex enterprise buying decisions and long sales cycles.
• Proven experience setting go-to-market strategy and leading cross-functional growth initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
• Experience guiding ABM leaders and building productive executive partnerships with Sales.
• Demonstrated ability to apply AI in marketing, including working with AI agents and enablement.

Responsibilities

• Set Rocket Software’s global growth marketing strategy with measurable pipeline, bookings, expansion, and revenue outcomes.
• Lead a large, global organization spanning ABM, insights, analytics, performance, and marketing technology.
• Provide strategic guidance to leaders; focus resources on high-value growth opportunities.
• Oversee an integrated growth operating model with clear goals and accountability.
• Advise the executive team on market opportunities, buyer behavior, and investments.
• Build a collaborative global organization with shared commercial accountability.
• Position Growth Marketing as a core part of Rocket’s revenue engine.
