Rocket Software is seeking a Vice President of Growth Marketing to lead the company’s global growth marketing organization. This AI-forward leadership role will set growth priorities and align Marketing, Sales, Product, and Revenue Operations around high-value opportunities.

The leader will manage a large, global team, drive ABM strategy, and partner with executive leadership to accelerate pipeline, bookings, and revenue growth across enterprise software markets.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience with significant senior leadership responsibility.
• Proven success leading a large, global growth, demand, revenue, or integrated marketing organization.
• Deep understanding of enterprise buying decisions, long sales cycles, and cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Revenue Ops.

Responsibilities

• Set global growth marketing strategy with measurable pipeline, bookings, expansion, and revenue outcomes.
• Lead a global organization across ABM, analytics, performance, and marketing tech.
• Provide strategic guidance to executives and align across Marketing, Sales, and Product for priority buyers and ICPs.
• Sponsor cross-functional initiatives to improve pipeline and revenue, aligning with Sales and Customer Success.
• Lead AI-forward marketing initiatives, enable adoption, and measure impact on performance and personalization.
