Rocket Software is seeking a Vice President of Growth Marketing to lead the company’s global growth marketing organization, setting the direction for strategic ABM, GTM, and AI-forward initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Marketing.

The role partners with executive leadership to drive pipeline, bookings, expansion, and revenue, building a high-performance, globally distributed team, and aligning priorities with enterprise buyers and channel partners.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience with senior leadership responsibility.
• Proven success leading global growth, demand, revenue, or integrated marketing orgs.
• Deep understanding enterprise buying decisions, buying committees, long sales cycles.
• Experience setting GTM strategy and leading cross-functional growth initiatives.
• Strong ability to influence ABM leaders and partnerships with Sales.
• Experience applying AI in marketing and leading enablement/adoption.
• Ability to align analytics, insights, and performance with MarTech strategy.

Responsibilities

• Set Rocket Software’s global growth marketing strategy with accountable pipeline, bookings, expansion, and revenue outcomes.
• Lead a large, global organization spanning ABM, insights, analytics, performance, and marketing technology.
• Set enterprise priorities and focus resources on high-value growth opportunities.
• Oversee an integrated growth operating model with clear goals and accountability.
• Advise the executive team on market opportunities, buyer behavior, and growth investments.
• Develop strong functional leaders and a collaborative global organization with commercial accountability.
• Position Growth Marketing as a core part of Rocket’s revenue engine and go-to-market plays.
