Leidos in Huntsville, Alabama seeks a Vice President of Growth for the Kinetics Business Area to own the growth agenda, drive pipeline development, and lead capture across hypersonics and cruise missile programs. This senior leader will build and guide a high-performing BD team and partner with DoD customers to shape strategy and outcomes.

The role requires 15+ years in defense growth, DoD relationships, and a proven win record on large programs; TS/SCI clearance is highly valued.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years in defense business development, capture, or program leadership.
• Master’s degree with 12+ years is preferred.
• Deep DoD customer relationships and market insight in hypersonics, missiles, and related programs.
• Proven track record of winning large, complex defense programs through disciplined capture management.
• Knowledge of multiple acquisition pathways (OTAs, CSOs, RDT&E, Programs of Record).
• Ability to lead and scale high-performing BD and capture teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full growth agenda for the Kinetics Business Area, including pipeline development and capture leadership.
• Develop near- and long-term growth strategies and executive-level customer relationships.
• Build and lead a high-performing BD and capture team to achieve growth objectives.
• Develop and execute capture plans across all BD lifecycle phases for complex programs.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align growth with strategic plans and budgets.
• Represent Leidos with government customers, industry partners, and defense events.
