Leidos in Huntsville is seeking a Senior Director, Growth to lead business development, capture, and growth strategy for the IF&FP Business Area. The role drives pipeline health, win probability, and investment alignment with senior sector leadership.

You will mentor a high-performing growth organization, oversee investments in BD, IR&D, and strategic partnerships, and report to sector leadership on growth risks and opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering discipline or military experience with extensive leadership in BD/capture.
• Proven executive relationships with senior military leaders and government decision-makers.
• Experience leading large, competitive defense captures and multi-year growth planning.

Aufgaben

• Provide executive leadership for BD, capture, pro-posal, and growth strategy activities for the IF&FP Business Area.
• Partner with senior leaders to define and execute near- and long-term growth strategies aligned with customer priorities and roadmaps.
• Lead Customer engagement and relationship management with key DoD and government stakeholders.
