Performance Review Institute (PRI) seeks a Vice President of Commercialization and Growth to lead an integrated commercial organization, aligning market intelligence with portfolio priorities, pricing, and customer experience. The role reports to the EVP and COO and partners with the CEO and ELC to drive sustainable growth and differentiated value across SAE ITC and PRI offerings.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, engineering, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in commercial leadership, growth, sales, marketing, product strategy, or general management, including senior leadership responsibility.
• Proven track record integrating commercial functions and delivering revenue growth, market expansion, and customer outcomes.
• Strong experience in market intelligence, portfolio strategy, product lifecycle management, pricing, commercialization, and customer experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute growth and commercialization strategy aligned with affiliate strategy, objectives, and priorities.
• Connect market insights to portfolio priorities, product strategy, and resource allocation; sponsor business cases.
• Lead sales strategy, pipeline management, forecasting, account planning, and revenue reporting.
• Lead integrated brand positioning, demand generation, product marketing, and customer communications.
• Partner with Portfolio and Innovation and with the CDTO to align commercial priorities with AI and digital strategy.
• Build and lead a high-performing commercial team with clear priorities and accountability.
• The Vice President owns commercial strategy and execution within the assigned organization; collaborate with EVP/COO and CDTO as needed.
