Pop! Promos, a Philadelphia-based supplier of custom branded merchandise, is seeking a VP of Marketing to own the brand, the value proposition and the demand engine that gets us there.

You'll report to our CEO, lead our demand generation and creative teams, and share a revenue number with our sales leaders. Your job is to grow how many distributors buy from us and how deeply, and to help those distributors win their own clients with the creative and products we put in their hands.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of marketing leadership, including revenue ownership in B2B channels.
• Proven success building demand via resellers or distributors with end-customer relation.
• Experience owning brand, demand gen and creative as one function.
• Hands-on marketing automation and ABM with CFO-trusted attribution.

• Grow distributor penetration and drive order growth across partners.
• Turn creative team into a sales engine with faster turnaround.
• Own demand generation, automation and ABM with revenue attribution.
• Refine ICPs and articulate value to distributors and end users.
• Lead go-to-market for new product launches with a four-month process.
• Develop marketing leaders and defend the annual budget.
