Job summary

SBH Fashion is seeking a Head of Supply Chain & Operations to own the entire supply chain from labs to replenishment and to act as the operational hub across teams. You will manage vendor relationships, inventory, and cross-functional execution to align with growth goals.

The role requires 8–10 years in beauty or CPG supply chain and hands-on experience with labs, contract manufacturers, and co-packers. You will build scalable processes in a scrappy, early-stage environment while driving margins

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in relevant supply chain and operations roles.
• Beauty or CPG background required.
• Experience with third-party labs, contract manufacturers, and co-packers.
• Ability to build systems in a scrappy, early-stage environment.
• Strong vendor management and financial understanding.
• Clear, direct communicator with structure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own the supply chain end-to-end—from labs to replenishment.
• Manage day-to-day vendor relationships, inventory, and cross-functional execution.
• Coordinate with Revolve fulfillment and customer service teams on processes and QA.
• Align with finance to meet margin and working capital targets.
• Oversee selection and use of WMS/ERP systems and drive cost efficiencies.
• Define and track KPIs to surface trends and inform decisions.
• Build and lead a small, high-performing team with accountability.
