ProMach seeks a dynamic sales leader for its FOGG division to drive capital equipment sales across the CPG sector in North America. The role focuses on expanding key accounts, shaping market strategies, and aligning new technologies with customer needs.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in capital equipment sales, proven leadership of national sales teams, and strong presentation and negotiation skills. Located in or willing to relocate to Holland, MI area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field.
• 10+ years’ experience in capital equipment sales.
• 5+ years’ experience managing a national sales team.
• Experience presenting to C-suite and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Increase domestic customer base and profitability.
• Develop market-driven revenue strategies.
• Lead and develop sales teams and key accounts.
• Negotiate complicated master agreements with legal input.
• Manage budgets and forecast revenue accurately.
