Equifax, Inc. is seeking a visionary Vice President of Professional Services to steer the enterprise onboarding and implementation organization.

You will own end-to-end client data onboarding, go-live readiness, and ongoing data health across regulated environments, driving AI-enabled delivery and high-velocity execution. Qualifications

• 15+ years in executive professional services leadership including onboarding and implementation.
• Experience scaling enterprise delivery with global teams and KPI-driven execution.
• Deep domain knowledge of regulated data environments (FCRA/state privacy) and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding lifecycle for data-contributing clients and go-live
• Define go-live criteria, SLA-focused delivery, and handoff to Customer Success
• Build proactive quality architectures with automated validation and data integrity checks
• Productize delivery models and scale AI-enabled delivery across lifecycles
• Lead a global team of implementation managers, data engineers, and solution engineers
• Manage operating plan, budget, capacity, and executive dashboards across centers
