Job summary
Edenred Pay USA is seeking a visionary Vice President of Professional Services to own onboarding and implementations across all Edenred Pay product lines, from contract handoff to ongoing account ownership. You will drive a customer-centric delivery model, partnering with Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure smooth deployments.
The role requires a decade in professional services with fintech scale, at least five years leading managers, and a proven ability to implement AI and automation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent combinations considered.
- 10+ years in professional services/ onboarding, with fintech/payments experience.
- At least 5 years leading managers in a B2B SaaS or payments business.
- Experience deploying AI or automation inside onboarding or professional services.
Responsibilities
- Own onboarding and implementations for Edenred Pay customers.
- Manage operating metrics: time to kickoff, time to first transaction, onboarding cycle times.
- Develop a 2–3 year professional services plan with staffing, tooling, and automation.
- Lead delivery motions for large enterprise and smaller accounts with scalable paths.
- Incorporate AI/automation to raise throughput per employee and improve status reporting.
