Soteria Reinsurance Ltd. seeks a VP-level Full Stack Engineer to drive architectural strategy for large-scale digital platforms. You will lead cross-functional teams, design distributed SaaS and microservices, and ensure secure, scalable cloud deployments on AWS/Azure.

Responsibilities include guiding CI/CD, DevSecOps, and API/messaging architectures, plus mentoring teams and aligning technology with business goals.

Qualifications

• Six years of experience as a Vice President, Full Stack Engineering or closely related occupation delivering secure, resilient software in public clouds (AWS or Azure) using 12-factor and DevOps.
• Or, a Master’s degree with four years of experience in the same domain and cloud-focus.
• Demonstrated expertise building distributed applications following 12-factor principles and modernizing legacy apps.

Responsabilités

• Translate business vision into architectural strategy and recommendations.
• Participate in cross-functional architecture design teams and drive major initiatives.
• Advise senior management on technical strategy and resource planning.
• Lead and mentor multiple teams across broad technical areas.
• Develop and deploy SaaS and microservices architectures on cloud platforms.
• Ensure CI/CD, security, testing, and validation procedures are in place.
