Job summary

Soteria Reinsurance Ltd. is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead the strategy and delivery of Integrated Experience Platform capabilities across web and desktop UI foundations.

You will oversee design systems, shared components, and core UI frameworks powering Asset Management applications. You will balance people leadership with hands-on craftsmanship, driving modern engineering practices, platform governance, and collaboration with architecture, UX, and product stakeholders to deliver

Qualifications

Experience leading enterprise integrated experience platforms and owning strategy.
Design systems and shared UI libraries governance and evolution.
Strong background in UI and desktop experience architecture including micro-frontend platforms.

Responsibilities

Set engineering strategy, standards, and disciplined execution across platform capabilities.
Mentor engineers, manage performance, and develop talent across teams.
Partner with architecture, product, UX to align on platform direction and execution.
Drive cloud-native architectures, DevOps practices, and AI-enabled enhancements where applicable.
