Job summary

Kinetic Staffing LLC seeks a VP of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead pricing strategy, margin modeling, and revenue forecasting across government and commercial channels. You will report to the executive leadership and shape the financial narrative for investors.

You will coordinate with Technology, Product, Marketing, and Strategy to align pricing, forecasting, and financial planning as the company scales and prepares fundraising and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Strong foundation in financial modeling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing strategy and margin models across government and commercial structures.
• Own revenue and pipeline forecasting for a growing, diversified customer base.
• Own profitability analysis by program, contract, and customer segment.
