This executive will lead the FP&A function, elevating the company’s financial insight, forecasting discipline, and analytical depth to enable stronger operational and strategic decision‑making. The role will play a critical part in shaping the next phase of growth and performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of finance professionals responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
• Build scalable financial processes that improve accuracy, visibility, and accountability across the organization.
• Partner with senior leadership to guide business planning and inform strategic priorities.

Operational & Strategic Analysis

• Deliver actionable insights into business performance across operations, commercial functions, and corporate finance.
• Oversee complex modeling, scenario planning, and value creation tracking to support critical business decisions.
• Translate data into meaningful recommendations that improve efficiency, profitability, and long‑term value.

Process, Systems & Transformation

• Enhance financial infrastructure through process optimization, automation, and consistent performance metrics.
• Advance the use of analytics, reporting tools, and ERP systems to improve forecasting and decision support.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to align financial insights with operational goals and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven ability to drive business performance through data‑driven financial analysis and strategic partnership.
• Demonstrated success improving forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting processes at scale.
• Experience with finance transformation, ERP or data platform implementation, and systems modernization preferred.
• Exposure to private equity or board‑level reporting environments a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex analysis into clear, actionable insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
