Mariana Minerals, a software-enabled minerals company, seeks a Vice President of Finance to lead the Accounting and FP&A team across multiple sites. You will own close, policy, controls, budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional partnering to scale the business as it grows its portfolio of mining and processing projects.

The role reports to the Co-Founder & CFO and collaborates with the CEO, project leaders, and the board to align strategy with financial execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of finance and accounting leadership with FP&A and controllership.
• Experience scaling finance in capital-intensive, high-growth companies.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and technical accounting skills.
• Experience owning external audits and board/investor reporting.
• Proven ability to build or upgrade financial systems and processes.
• Experience with ERP or planning tools and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across corporate and project units.
• Partner with CEO/CFO on capital allocation and project-level financial modeling.
• Own board packages, investor updates, and ad hoc reporting.
• Build financial infrastructure, cadence, and KPIs for growth across projects.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close and audit readiness.
• Strengthen internal controls and treasury management as the company scales.
