• Ability to review designs and provide constructive feedback.
• Proven track record delivering under real deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead a software team, conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development.
• Own hiring funnel from sourcing to onboarding for your teams.
• Set and communicate roadmap commitments with Product and leadership.
• Ensure rapid delivery by enabling teams and removing blockers.
• Collaborate with Tech Lead on technical direction and architecture.
• Scale the team while maintaining high morale and reducing critical dependencies.
• Promote strong documentation and ownership practices.
