Job summary

Mariana Minerals is hiring a Sr. Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across corporate functions as we scale a software-first minerals company. You’ll partner with executives to define role requirements, build sourcing strategies, and deliver a superior candidate experience.

This role focuses on G&A and corporate recruiting, with opportunities to help build early-career programs as we grow, in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth startup or technology company.
• Experience recruiting across finance, legal, people, operations, procurement and other functions.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and executives.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and passive candidate outreach.
• Experience hiring for early-stage finance, legal, or people teams.
• Familiarity with seed-to-Series B recruiting environments.
• Expert in ATS tools (Ashby preferred).
• Strong written communication and negotiation skills.
• Data-driven approach to pipeline management and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for G&A and corporate roles, from intake through offer close.
• Partner with hiring managers and executives to define role requirements, hiring plans, and interview processes.
• Build creative sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates across multiple functions.
• Run personalized outreach that reflects our mission and stage.
• Manage multiple searches with a high quality bar.
• Coach interviewers and hiring managers on structured interviewing and debriefs.
• Lead compensation conversations, close candidates, and manage competing offers.
• Keep applicant tracking system clean and track pipeline health and time-to-fill.
• Share market insights on compensation and talent availability.
• Help build recruiting processes, templates, and playbooks as we scale.
• Represent Mariana Minerals with a warm, transparent candidate experience.
• Build diverse, high-quality pipelines across experience levels.
• Support early-career and university recruiting efforts as we grow.
