Partner with operational, clinical, and billing leaders to evaluate revenue performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Analyze the financial impact of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payer, and other reimbursement trends. Support improvements related to documentation, charge capture, billing, collections, and reimbursement. Connect healthcare revenue cycle performance to broader operational and strategic decision‑making.

Team Leadership

Lead, develop, and support the accounting team with clear expectations and accountability. Foster a collaborative, responsive, and solutions‑oriented Finance function.
