WHO WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE?

We're looking for a Controller who is just as comfortable digging into financial statements as they are sitting down with leadership to discuss the bigger picture. Someone who doesn't wait for problems to arise but actively looks for ways to improve operations, strengthen financial performance, and support their team. The right person will be: A natural leader who knows how to motivate and develop a team. Analytical, detail-oriented, and financially strategic. Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership of results. Approachable, collaborative, and confident working with leadership. Adaptable and willing to roll up their sleeves when needed. Motivated by professional growth and the opportunity to make a lasting impact.

WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY?
