• Value Chain & Strategic Positioning: Assess value chain positioning and identify opportunities for vertical integration, supply chain optimization, and horizontal capability expansion.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, peers, and tech developments to inform M&A strategy and target prioritization.
• Corporate Development Governance: Establish robust deal review, due diligence, value capture, and financial management processes.
• M&A Pipeline Management: Originate, qualify, and prioritize the M&A pipeline with forward-looking deals and integration opportunities.
