Gulf Winds Credit Union is seeking a VP of Enterprise Technology to lead the enterprise technology division in Pensacola, FL. You will ensure maximum availability, performance, and security across core systems, networks, and data centers while aligning technology with strategic goals.

You will drive change, manage budgets, and oversee incident response, disaster recovery, and vendor relationships, partnering with leadership to execute the technology roadmap and meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of leadership experience in IT within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of core tech like Symitar, SQL, virtualization, and security.
• Ability to manage budgets, SLAs, and vendor relationships.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications; master's a plus.
• Excellent communication and strategic planning skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Enterprise Technology Division and ensure operational readiness.
• Create and monitor SLAs aligned to business objectives.
• Oversee audits, disaster recovery, and vendor performance.
• Coach leaders to improve team performance and implement changes.
• Plan and execute technology roadmaps with leadership.
