Gulf Winds seeks a VP of Enterprise Technology to lead the Credit Union's enterprise technology services, systems, and strategy from Pensacola, FL. You will drive reliability, performance, and security of data, apps, and infrastructure, while shaping the technology roadmap in collaboration with senior leadership.

The role requires balancing strategic vision with hands-on governance, partnering with Information Security to meet regulatory requirements and SLA commitments.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of leadership in IT/tech roles.
• Experience with core processing systems (Symitar) and SQL.
• Strong knowledge of IT service management and cybersecurity.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Technology Division and ensure operational readiness.
• Develop and enforce SLAs; manage audits and DR preparedness.
• Coach leaders and drive process improvement and testing for new tech.
• Plan budgets, strategic roadmaps, and ensure compliance with policies.
