Responsibilities

• Direct strategic growth initiatives including mergers, acquisitions, branch construction, market expansion, and ITM deployments.
• Coordinate due diligence and integration planning across functional teams and stakeholders.
• Oversee branch construction with facilities, architects, and contractors; manage permits and vendor deliverables.
• Supervise Expansion Services staff, assign workloads, and oversee recruitment and training.
• Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and ensure regulatory compliance.
