Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in IT program management or related technology leadership.
• 7+ years of experience leading programs of significant scale and mission criticality.
• Demonstrated success leading large multidisciplinary teams and managing complex customer relationships.
• Experience delivering mission-critical technology services and modernization initiatives.
• Strong executive presence and communication with customers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and overall program direction across technical, operational, contractual, financial, security, staffing, and service delivery.
• Serve as primary customer executive point of contact, aligning priorities with mission objectives.
• Lead and inspire an integrated, multidisciplinary team of professionals.
• Drive delivery of secure, resilient technology services that meet expectations.
• Establish priorities, optimize resources, and make timely decisions for mission success.
• Lead modernization and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and value.
• Proactively manage program risks, challenges, and dependencies.
• Coordinate across internal teams, customers, subcontractors, and partners to ensure seamless service.
• Monitor performance across service levels, cost, quality, and security.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and innovation culture.
• Provide executive-level communication on performance, risks, opportunities, and priorities.
