You will guide adoption of strategic initiatives, partner with senior leaders, and build a high-performing team focused on organizational readiness and stakeholder engagement.

The role requires 9+ years in change management and 3+ years of people leadership, with experience guiding large-scale transformations in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; 9+ years in change management, organizational effectiveness, transformation, communications, learning and development, project management, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Proven success leading large-scale organizational change initiatives within complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mature the Enterprise Operations Change Management capability within Enterprise Operations Enablement.
• Build and manage a team of change management professionals supporting strategic priorities across Enterprise Operations.
• Define engagement models, governance routines, resource allocation practices, and performance measures for the function.
• Develop capability roadmaps and priorities aligned to Enterprise Operations objectives.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
