Job summary

Coaction is a leading insurance tech partner focused on using AI and analytics to transform underwriting, claims, and IT operations. This role leads enterprise architecture decisions and defines the AI adoption roadmap in collaboration with the CIO and business stakeholders.

You will oversee end-to-end system integrations, establish responsible-AI governance, and work with vendors to meet long-term goals while guiding architecture patterns across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years IT/business experience across cloud and AI/ML platforms.
• Track record of execution and fiduciary responsibility.
• Led AI/ML initiatives from strategy to production and governance.
• 10+ years architecture and software engineering in P&C industry.
• Experience with core systems replacement and modernization (Policy, Billing, Claims).
• Bachelor or Master in CS/IS/Business or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively serves as primary point for enterprise architecture decisions.
• Develops technology and architecture vision with the CIO and stakeholders.
• Oversees end-to-end system integrations.
• Defines AI adoption strategy and roadmap across underwriting, claims, and IT operations.
• Establishes governance and responsible-AI standards for security and compliance.
