Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with production systems.
• 2+ years building production LLM and GenAI systems.
• Exceptional ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define the AI engineering roadmap and architecture standards.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and frameworks for recommendations.
• Lead AI solutions architecture for the enterprise platform.

Skills

AI-assisted coding practices

Python proficiency

Experience with GenAI applications

Exceptional communication skills

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
