Job summary

Cooper Standard Automotive seeks an AI Enterprise Technology Leader to define and execute the company’s AI strategy, embedding multi-agent AI into core value-chain functions from quoting to finance. You will own architecture, ROI, and governance to scale AI as the operating system of the business.

The role leads the transformation roadmap, guides vendor decisions, and partners with business leaders on workforce upskilling, change management, and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying agentic or generative AI systems at scale inside manufacturing, industrial, or discrete-parts environments.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise systems integration (ERP, PLM, MES, QMS) and building RAG + agent orchestration layers over industrial data.
• Proven ability to quantify ROI and deliver measurable productivity or cost improvements, not just pilots.
• Experience designing human-in-the-loop systems and AI governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a prioritized multi-year AI transformation roadmap with ROI targets and stage-gate criteria.
• Design architecture for multi-agent systems that integrates ERP/PLM/MES/QMS/CRM and enables scale across functions.
• Oversee pilot-to-production transitions including vendor selection and build-vs-buy decisions.
• Drive organizational change to make AI agents primary doers of workflows, with workforce upskilling.
• Establish and operationalize enterprise AI governance in partnership with governance, cybersecurity, legal, and data teams.
• Drive value measurement, lifecycle management, and transparent adoption metrics for enterprise-wide AI.
