Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a VP, Engineering Services based in the United States. Lead a large-scale engineering organization delivering reliable, secure, and efficient service delivery across 24x7 operations and tooling.

This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on accountability across people, processes, technology, and financial performance. You’ll advance incident, change, monitoring, automation, and service management practices for demanding client

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field; 12+ years IT experience; 5+ years leading engineering or technical service delivery.
• Experience in managed services, outsourced IT, or multi-client delivery with SLAs, client satisfaction, and margins.
• ITIL-aligned incident, major incident, problem, change, and request management; ability to design, implement, and enforce these at scale.

Responsabilidades

• Lead 24x7 NOC and operational/engineering teams; establish org structure and hiring plans.
• Own major incident management end-to-end with RCA and corrective actions.
• Define change governance; manage approvals and emergency changes.
• Monitor KPIs: SLA attainment, MTTR, utilization, backlog, trends; report to executives.
• Maintain service desk, NOC, escalation, SME alignment; ensure proper escalation.
• Drive shift-left through documentation, training, and automation of recurring tasks.
• Own service management platform workflow, data quality, reporting, and governance.
• Define roadmap for monitoring, tooling, vendor negotiations, and adoption across teams.
• Oversee vendor management, life-cycle, renewals, PKI, and decommissioning; client comms.
