Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a Vice President of Engineering Services to lead the 24x7 NOC/operational engineering, incident management, and tooling strategy for large law firms and professional services clients.

You will drive end-to-end service delivery, governance, and margin improvements, partnering with Sales, Finance, and Talent to align the engineering organization with client requirements and strategic growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field (preferred).
12+ years of progressive IT experience and 5+ years leading engineering or technical service delivery teams.
Strong experience with managed services, multi-client delivery, and SLAs.

Responsibilities

Lead the engineering organization, 24x7 NOC/operational engineering, escalated engineering, project engineering, and tooling teams.
Own major incident management end-to-end and drive RCA & corrective actions.
Define and monitor engineering KPIs, including SLA attainment, MTTR, utilization, and backlog.
Oversee change management discipline and governance, standard changes, and approvals.
Represent engineering in governance calls with client sponsors and partner with architecture for client technology assessments.
