Qualifications

• 15+ years of software development experience with significant time in senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record scaling and managing large engineering teams (100+ engineers).
• Deep expertise in software architecture, cloud technologies, and modern development methodologies (Agile/DevOps).
• Empathetic and inspiring leader who prioritizes people and culture.

• Define and drive the technical vision and strategy for Aspect in alignment with business goals.
• Oversee scalable, reliable, high-performance systems architecture and development.
