You will partner with product and business leaders to translate goals into robust, maintainable software and drive significant platform evolution. The ideal leader will establish technical standards, manage the SDLC, and ensure the engineering function

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS or quantitative field.
• 5+ years in Data Engineering or Data Architecture with lead/architect responsibilities.
• Proven ability to shift from product-led to a cohesive platform architecture.
• Strong communication to translate business goals into scalable software.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the engineering strategy toward a unified platform.
• Lead high-performance operations with SDLC standards and governance.
• Create clear ownership and governance across engineering, product, and analytics.
• Oversee reliability, security, and data foundations for the platform.
