• Experience growing a team through a real scaling phase, not inheriting one already built.
• Comfort owning a budget across engineering, product, and design, not just a technical team.
• Hands-on habits, able to discuss architecture and product tradeoffs directly.
• Bonus if you've used AI-assisted engineering workflows heavily in daily work.
