Honeycomb.io is seeking an engineering leader to help set strategy at the executive level and build a strong, scalable org. You will partner with product and the CEO to sharpen bets and advance a shared direction, while guiding the org through rapid change and AI-driven product decisions.

You’ll lead distributed teams, communicate clearly in writing and in person, and shape the path toward product-market fit in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading engineering at scale and shaping strategy.
• Proven ability to align product, technology, and market bets.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive teams.
• Experience with distributed teams and remote-first culture.
