Job summary

Honeycomb, a remote-first company, is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle searches for R&D/Technical roles and partner with hiring leaders to shape hiring strategy. You will drive diverse, well-vetted candidate slates, maintain SLAs, and leverage market data to influence decisions.

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will build advisory relationships, implement competency-based hiring practices, and help scale teams in a fast-changing, distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth tech, with a track record of filling senior engineering IC and first-line manager roles.
• Experience running a full desk of concurrent reqs while meeting SLAs and quality standards.
• History of acting as a talent advisor, using funnel and compensation data to influence hiring decisions.
• Hands-on experience with structured interviewing and ATS scorecards, reporting, and scheduling workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle searches for R&D/technical roles, from intake to offer acceptance, delivering diverse, well-vetted slates on schedule.
• Manage a full desk of priority reqs, move candidates through the funnel, maintain data cleanliness in Greenhouse.
• Advise Hiring Managers on search strategy, leveling, and compensation benchmarks to guide decisions.
• Build advisory relationships with Business Unit leaders to align on headcount plans and drive decisions.
