Feathr's SaaS platform is a critical component of the value we deliver to our clients. As a Staff Engineer, you shape the technical direction of the systems that meet the advertising, marketing, and analytics needs of our diverse customer base.

You own one or more product areas and supply the technical judgment behind decisions. You work across the full stack, from Python services on the backend to React and TypeScript interfaces on the frontend.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years building production software.
• Expert backend development.
• Experience with Python, Flask APIs, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis.
• Scaled distributed systems with queues, caches, and search.
• AWS and Kubernetes at production scale.
• Mentored engineers and contributed to CI/CD and security.

• Own technical scope and tradeoffs in one or more product areas.
• Shape solutions the team commits to and build the most challenging parts.
• Work across backend Python services and frontend React/TypeScript interfaces.
• Deliver prototypes, working software, and standard templates.
