Cardone Ventures seeks a VP of Engineering to own architecture, software development, and technical execution as the company scales its product portfolio. You will lead engineering strategy, build high-performance teams, and drive the transition to a unified, scalable platform from multiple product-led software suites.

The role targets senior engineering leadership with a focus on talent development, SDLC governance, and cross-functional collaboration with product and business leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Data Architecture.
• At least 2 years in a Lead/Architectural role focusing on analytical data delivery.
• Experience with complex data projects requiring data cleansing, imputation, and enrichment with third-party datasets (e.g., census, demographic data).

Responsibilities

• Define engineering architecture and platform strategy to scale product portfolio.
• Lead SDLC standards, CI/CD maturity, and developer productivity metrics.
• Drive platform transition from product-led software to a cohesive platform architecture.
• Oversee reliability, security, governance, and maintainability of critical systems.
