Mastercard in the US is seeking a Vice President of Platform Engineering to define enterprise strategy across CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and developer platforms. You will lead multiple engineering teams, drive modernization, and partner with Security, Architecture & Technology, product, and engineering for scalable, secure software delivery.

Qualifications

12+ years of progressive engineering experience with 5+ years leading engineering organizations at enterprise scale.
Strong track record influencing executive stakeholders and driving enterprise-wide technology initiatives.
Experience with cloud-native platforms, automation, observability, and secure software delivery.

Responsibilities

Define and execute enterprise platform engineering strategy across CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, container platforms, infrastructure automation, and security.
Lead and develop high-performing engineering teams and partner with Security, Architecture & Technology, product, and engineering groups.
Establish engineering standards and governance for CI/CD, IaC, and secure-by-default practices.
