ASC Engineered Solutions is seeking a Vice President of Engineering in Columbia, PA, to lead engineering, process development, and technical operations in a high-volume foundry environment. You will guide metallurgical processes, tooling design, quality engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives across casting and machining operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years in heavy industrial manufacturing; foundry experience preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership managing technical teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute engineering strategy to support operational excellence.
• Lead engineering, tooling, process, and metallurgical teams.
• Oversee optimization of melting, molding, core-making, pouring, heat-treating, and finishing operations.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and CI initiatives across the plant.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, EHS, Supply Chain and Sales.
